RETURNS
If the product is found to be
inconsistent with the information specified when placing the order, the Buyer –
within one week (7 calendar days) from the date of acceptance of the goods –
sends the seller and www.agri-tamara.com marketplace, a claim to the email
address: support@agri-tamara.com indicating the order number, description
and photo of damage/ defects found during acceptance. Claims made by the buyer
after the specified period are not accepted. Returns of the product are subject
to terms and conditions of the seller.
REPLACEMENTS
In the case of online payments,
the refund is made back to the bank account from which the funds were debited
for the order placed within 7 calendar days.
In the case of payment by cash on delivery, the Buyers needs to check the goods
upon delivery
